In REALM your clients can change their password using the Forgot username or password? link on the Desktop/PC version of Realm only. Client users cannot change a password using the Realm App.
Please note that the instructions below are only for Client users of REALM. PropTX Members wishing to change a password should follow PropTx instructions to do so.

To change a Client password using a Desktop Computer
Access Realm log in HERE
Click Forgot username or password?
Enter the email address that was used to create the client profile
A green box will appear indicating that an account recovery email has been sent to the email address. Access the email and follow the steps to change the user name or password
