How to Search for Land Registry Information

In REALM, you can confirm ownership and other land registry details.  

To search for land registry information by address or owner’s name on a mobile device:  

1. Select the resources icon from the menu bar. 
2. Select the Land Registry Search from the list of resources.  
3. Select the down arrow to the right of Land Registry Office and scroll through the list to find the area of interest.  
4. Enter the Owners Name, Street Address or PIN # and select Apply.  
5. A list of results will appear on the screen, select the property of interest. 
6. A window will open where you can confirm the address, PIN, Last Sale, Owner Name, Legal Description, Perimeter, Lot Area.  
7. You will be able to purchase all the reports that are available in the GeoWarehouse store.  To purchase a report, select View Details.    

8.  To review all reports available to purchase, swipe the screen to the left and select view details for the desired report.                                                                                       

9. If you scroll down the page you will find the sales history of the property.  

10. If you continue to scroll you will find Demographics information.

5. A list of properties matching will appear on the screen, select the property of interest.
6. A window will open where you can confirm the address, PIN, Last Sale, Owner Name, Legal Description, Perimeter, Lot Area.  
7. You will be able to purchase all the reports that are available in the GeoWarehouse store.  To purchase a report, select View Details.    
8. Select the arrow icon pointing to the right to review all reports available.
9. If you scroll down the page you will find the sales history of the property. 
10. If you continue to scroll you will find Demographics information.
