Need help adding or editing a listing?
If you are trying to create, update, or make changes to a listing in the MLS system, help is provided by PropTx. This includes when you are unsure how to fill out a listing or what information is required, including general questions, errors, or unusual situations when working on a listing.
REALM does not support adding or editing listings.
What kinds of changes does this include?
This includes situations where:
- You’re not sure how to describe your issue
- You have a unique or uncommon scenario
- Something doesn’t look right in your listing
- You’re unsure what to do next
- You can’t find where to make a change
- You don’t know what option to select
- You’re seeing unexpected results or behaviour
- What information to enter in a specific field
- Understanding what a field means or requires
- Fixing errors when saving or submitting a listing
- Questions about co-op agent or brokerage
